in that link it says also 2 back-vented low drivers and i dont see any vent, isolation is pretty good as um3x or sm3 v2

Exactly the Sennheiser IE800. A bit confusing these names. After hearing the IE800 I'm a big fan. The best universal I heard but unless you EQ the bass it gets a bit too much.

Hi the isolation in the fischer amps xb is the same as the westone or shure iems there is no vent in the shell and no sound leakage

No. Another user whom I lent my FX700 some time ago. I did purchase the SD-3 from Thomann, though, but I might exchange them for the SD-2.
