New custom IEM company - Custom Art: discussion, review, and impressions thread

To me, I'd be far more concerned about sweat & humidity than the temperature itself - therefore, if I was using CIEMs during the hot months on Japan, I would personally use a dessicant/dehumidifier each night, to keep the armatures and the sound tubes nice and dry.

That's just my personal opinion - I'm not stating it as an absolute factual necessity.

That's what i was actually talking about: humidity.

Thanks for all the answers so far!

Peter just few minus degrees? So, I can't wear my customs at a cold day, let's say with temperature at the level of -20 degree celsius?

  Storage and operational conditions:
•Storage temperature range: -40ºC to +63ºC (valid with humidity range: 10-60 % RH)
•Storage temperature range with 90 % RH non condensing humidity: 0ºC to +30ºC.
(It is not recommended to store microphones at 90 % RH and high temperatures)
•Operational temperature range: -17ºC to +63ºC
•Ambient barometric range during storage: 500 mHPa to 1100 mHPa (Avoid rapid pressure changes)

You know Kris, we had -20*C this year and your CIEMs are still working, aren't they :)

I spoke to Eric Hruza (Sonion engineer quite well known for developing IEMs with UE) and he said driver would withstand deepening it in liquid nitrogen but it doesn't mean it will operate in this temperature lol.

Mine is with Peter for the moment, waiting to receive them back and Music One too.

Any comment on the sound part JazzyFi? The earpieces look wonderful, clear and nice design, without imperfections as far as I can tell.

Sounding better because of better fit. But overall sound signature is the same. Thick and lust mid as good as I remember.
