i think its time for an amp upgrade, any owners care to comment on how the headfive fits between a minified pint and an M^3? (well as best you can given opamp and capacitor choices on the M^3

If I've understood correctly it's low. Check out the first post on page 9 of this thread.

I really love the cross feed on this one. Imo it's very good, just about right amount, I wouldn't want any "more" of it.

I tried a crossfeed filter in foobar and I didn't like that one at all, sounded strange. But on the H5 I'm using it almost all the time.

Exactly my thought to.

The right cables made more of a difference for me than the amp itself. (from copper to silver or vice versa)

Relax, dudes! That's just me testing it straight out of the box at work! At hoe it's linked a; to a much better source than that nasty Sony DVD (well, depending which source I choose), and b; is hooked up with some very nice professional microphone cables!

Dear Head-fellows,

This thread now has over 100.000 views! Not bad at all!

In the meanwhile I cleaned up some "old" reservations. Status right now:

58 amplifiers are left. 20 amplifiers have been made a reservation for so there are only 38 amplifiers available anymore.

Cheers

Is it just me or is this thread slower then any other thread on head-fi? I noticed most threads have a url of ww6.head-fi.org and this particular thread points to www4.head-fi.org I have flushed all cache and cookies and following the link from the top of the head-fi page.
