BUT that last 1% is what we are going for that is why even HE7 is there for if U dont belive there is no reason to HE7 existence. Better parts 90% time better sound. U dont than OK for U. U not me

Sure, I agree! If money does not play a role and we want the best of the best! But the regenerative power supply in the R2R7-HE DAC is something else than changing a Fuse in all respect. The regenerative power supply is an amazing upgrade. This a complete different beast!

For the price difference between R2R 7 & R2R HE7 add another few hundreds can buy HE350 regen power regulator for dac and amp... Isn't that a better option?

Most definitely. Some years ago I got a great deal on an old Power Plant Premier so that's what I use.

HE-350 (Limit Edition)
Regenerative power regulator
US outlets only
(It can't power supply any power amp)
So i think it can't be used with Master 10 amp. Besides that, i need EU outlets.

And use it for???? What would you want to power? What kind of stage within r2r7?

Edit:

Please read specs of r2r7 first before asking irrelevant questions.

No, r2r7 has no 12V DC input, it needs 230V or 110V AC

Would a low cost LPS work good for the R2R 7? Like thise one said to give very good improvements for the Mytek Brooklyn?

Seems to me that what is inside the r2r 7 is much better that this lps

Transplanting that lps in the r2r 7 would be a big downgrade anyway IMO.

Regenerater problem is very simple. Current will be limited only good for source U need more power conditioner for amping. HE-350 good for DAC but not the amp.

power consumption for R2R 7 is 45W and M9 is 55W totaling 100W. HE350 max output is 350W so maybe it's not good for M2H but think M9 shouldn't be a problem

Hi,
I can recommend a medical grade UPS for low level gears sources and pre-amp. Another good enough, but not necessarily medical grade UPS for the poweramps.
All behind an galvanic isolation transformer, (with HF and transienprotection from the powergrid). Transformer needs to be a oversized, silent one (x4 in my case). UPS's must also have a healthy margin for their loads. I use double (x2)

Off topic but I thought it is relevant.

But you need more headroom and amps current swing it will be cause for compromise dynamic.

but how much headroom you need, the regenerator supplies more than 6x power consumption the headphone amp uses?

Maybe this is a stupid question, can the R2R 7 be paired with a Gustard H10 balanced amp? If it can, is it a good idea to pair with it? Can the sound quality be any good?
