Hi all. I am looking into buying the RE0 and see I will probably need an amp to drive them properly. I have a ipod classic 120gb and am looking at a clip+. Music interests are blues rock classic rock and jamband. would like to keep price as low as possible, definatly under $100. Is this possible?

A Total AirHead from HeadRoom would only cost you $100 new.  I traveled with one for years and it served me well.  I still have it, but it's not seeing as much use now that I am using a Pico Dac/Amp.  Check it out at www.headphone.com and in many post here on HeadFi.  I am guessing there are a lot of other options out there as well...

Thanks for the reply. I think I may up the budget a bit. I am now thinking about either the iBasso D2+, Fiio E7, the the Airhead that shipsupt suggested. What are some of your thoughts? Again I am probably going to purchase the RE0, and allready own the Grado SR60i.

Airhead is amp only, which doesn't have a DAC like the D2+ or E7

That's right, you need a Total BitHead to have a DAC as well.
