need another one that suits me.
im thinking of 70-110US$ price range.
criteria :
1. headphone (circum-aural or supra-aural)
2. closed or open back doesnt matter
3. loads of bass but not sacrificing the mids and highs
4. easy to drive as i dont have an amp
5. sound characteristic like the CX300 <loved them>

im thinking of Senn HD215 and Senn HD448 also the HD555
but im open for another recommendation

You want bass? TRy the Sennheiser HD212Pros.
Some people say that the midrange is poor, but i have heard good things about them.

Yup... the M50's have quite a fanbase in these parts.

And for good reason. Wonderful cans.

I've found something that is better then the M50's in terms of fit, comfort, bass quality and overall sound. It's the Koss Pro DJ100. Basically they make the M50's look really bad and they're only $80 retail! The quality of the bass is just not good after hearing these. I just burned the DJ100's in for another 12 hours, so hopefully they sound even better. So far they may be even better then the Shure SRH-840s, but I haven't decided yet.

I actually drove two hours to buy these and it was worth it! Why did I do this? I was so impressed with the Koss UR-55 that I just had to try these out. I'm starting to sound like a Koss fanboy, but they've been releasing some really good new stuff!

This is my suggestion. They meet all your requirements, but I think they're still a Best Buy exclusive. They might not even be at all locations yet. Maybe I got lucky.
