After a browsing through some of the Stax threads, I'm concluding (maybe in error) that if I'm are going to purchase the SR-007Mk2's, I need an amp like the BHSE or WES to drive them properly, unfortunately neither amp fits in the budget.
So, is it worth purchasing the SR-007MK2 and matching them with a GES or SRM-007tii? Or would I be better off purchasing SR-507's and matching them with a GES or SRM-007tii? Or would I be better off purchasing the SR-007Mk2 and matching them with a WEE + Leben CS300xs combination?
