i need a good pair of headphones that are equally sexy. i have a budget of 80 dollars. These will be my new headphones for walking around town.
 
i listen to rap, dubstep, alt rock, soul, pop, so i need a well rounded headphone with decent bass.
 
something that is as good looking as the beats, or soul.

I would think the M Audio Q40 would be more on the lines of what you want, though it is a little over your price range.  ljokerl's write up of the Philips O'Neill SH09560 might be worth looking at too, if you need a more fashionable headphone.
