Right now I have a pair of Triports and grado 60's.  Prior to buying the grados I thought the Triports were great, well now I know better.  I'd been using the Triports on my daily bus commute and at the office, in both instances because they block sound out (passively) better than the open grados.  Now the Triports are dying (the chords are so cheap!) and I want to replace them with something better but similarly priced.  So please recommend something like this:
 
-closed headphone
-less than $150
-great sound UNAMPED

Which musical tastes you have?

Broad.  But seeing as this will be work, probably more mellow, like jazz, classical, or acousticy stuff.  Comfort is big since I'll be wearing them multiple hours.
 
So far, the M50 seems like a decent choice.  Any comments on that or other suggestions.

I love my Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro's. I can wear them all day long, no outside sound in, no music gets out...and IMO they sound darn good too, even unamped.
