The 80 ohm DT 770's I'm listening to right now. Taking them out and about (to and from work) for the first time today
They sound superb on the beastly Acmee MF02s.
AKG K371Pro (not the other versions) for portability, they don't need an amplifier or equalization to sound good out of the box. Also the Beyerdynamic MMX300 headset for Harman curve match out of the box and on eBay you can often find one for $100 or so. The DT770 250 ohm is great with one ply of toilet paper on the driver just to take the edge off the treble peak. The Monoprice 1060c is ok if you don't mind wearing a wobbly motorcycle helmet (they are that heavy and awkward to put on). The Dan Clark Aeon closed was ok, but not worth that kind of money in any way. The one I really use a lot these days is the Bowers & Wilkins PX7 Carbon edition, really well rounded and crisp sound, and not flimsy feeling like other wireless plasticky models.
Modded Fostex TH600 (Dekoni TH900 sheepskin pads, Lawton Tune-Up, Mahogany Cups).
Have good size for closed soundstage, decent details, and the world class bass.
Toss up between the Denon ah-d9200, and the Kennerton Gjallarhorn. Two very different signatures indeed, but both hold my attention better than everything else closed I've tried. I should actually probably sell one of them, but I really don't want to.

Audeze LCD-XC - TOTL technicalities, good tonality that can be efficiently improved with EQ, and (used) fantastic value.
Before settling on these I tried DCA Aeon 2 and Focal Celestee - neither could touch the LCDs' performance.
