I don't think you're being very genuine, Miguel. While the Triports are pretty darned comfortable to wear, I really don't think their sound holds a candle to the other headphones being discussed.

Yes, that's what I mean for my music taste. Each person is different, just like some one swear by HD800, which never been my cup of tea.

I found myself reach for 880 only for certain female vocal. But before T1 arrived I already gave the 880 to my dad. That's how much I "loved" the 880. Crap, the 880 was a birthday gift from my wife, so I could not put it up for sell, but give to my dad.
 
I also never 100% happy with HD650 either.

Guess what I still wonder is if the 800 is really that far from the 650 "sound" of great texture and richness if a little recessed treble and if the T1 is not still the 880 "sound" of being neutral if a little bright while being compressed robbing the music of energy?  In 06 it was a no contest for me, the O2 just destroyed both.  Just wonder sometimes if the 800 or T1 can compete?

I haven´t heard the 880 but boy did you describe the T1 good.
