how do they sound for soundstage wise compared to AD700s?

Also they are much cheaper than both AD700s and HD595s.

PM Mochan, he has the DT440 and AD700. Not sure if he has heard the 555/595.

Thanks!

I've PMed him.

What i might do is, order both HD595 and AD700 and return the one i dont prefer.

Also would amazon UK accept opened headphones for return?

Not sure. I have returned a couple pair to US Amazon, so i would check their return policy. I assume its the same as the US.

It should be the same but i dunno, i sent them an email to them.

Most likely to go with AD700s though and save the hassle tbh...

Since this is my first 'good' headphones and i wont be disappointed with either of them.

Thanks for the help guys!

I've placed my order for the AD700 from hifiheadphones.co.uk for £115.

Expecting it to arrive on Tuesday.

I shall do a mini review when it comes and after i've used it for a while.
Also alternatingly, if it doesnt live up to the expectations, i might return them and get the Grado ssr60i

Also i've got a little question, im using these logitech speakers and it has a headphone port on the volume control device, does it make a difference if i plug the headphones directly into the pc motherboard analogue out or the headphone port on the volume control device?
