For headphones is this the correct order they are supposed to be in

Resampler
Crossfeed
Noise Sharpening
Advanced Limiter

wow....why?! I'd advise vnophones w/ the VST wrapper if you want xfeed, and that's it! in KS/ASIO/WASAPI of course

Columns UI is largely essential. My UI is columns + peakmeter + lyrics + albumart works for me.

ASIO is a good idea for XP. WASAPI or ASIO could work for vista/7 but it shouldn't really be necessary if you max your volume according to RMAA at least since it won't resample.

For me there are only two, beside those available in the installer.
* ALAC decoder
* ASIO support
