I really would like to know how this card performs against Musiland 01 USD. One nice feature of 01 USD is its USB interface so that it can be easily connected with your choice of computers.

The devices has pulse transformers on the S/Pdif outputs so that is a plus.  For the price grab one and try it out.

Jitter measurements and jitter comparisons of sound cards, USB-SPDIF converters, etc. are a big secret among audio manufacturers.  Jitter issues are still presented as diablerie, rather than a problem of science with measurable parameters.

Great point.  The card may be reasonable for the price but I doubt it could stand up to other higher grade S/pdif sources such as the HiFace or Teralink X2...or others.
