I know you're all going to shake your head at this... but the orchestral opening and closing themes from the Godzilla sound track are absolutely stunning. Give it a shot, preferably on speakers with a great sub. There is some choral, but as far as I remember there are no words, so technically they are using their voice as an instrument and thus remains instrumental.
