I've listened to all the Monster headphones, and the Inspiration is easily the best sounding (vs tears etc) and better sounding than almost all the Monster Beats headphones.
 
However they have a very unnatural midrange and lack definition. I didn't find them enjoyable at all, especially for what you pay. 
 
+1 for the Beyer route.

I have heard them both, but heard more of the 80 ohm. Can't remember what it was I did not like about the 32 version but it just sounded different to me. Maybe I'm going crazy. If you are traveling then the COP may be a better option for a no dac/amp option. Also the removable cable is nice for travel as well.
