Thanks, that battery is currently at 55hours playback, now saying low battery.

If that's doable for a 1Z... That's a mod I would be interested in. I mean, 60hr aprox playback time with a class leading portable DAP??? That's crazy!!

I am wondering when are we going to stop trying to find the best sound. It is always something that we don't have. This site it makes it even worse. It is an expensive addiction

No, I have not tried the Wm1z. I bought the Wm1a to try the Sony sound and I realized that wm1z is not the sound that I will chase, hence I just bought the Cayin N8. I didn't receive it yet but it was on my list for some time

N8 is like 1z but more airy and different decay. Slightly slower. N8 is awsome for audiophile music. 1z is more of a all arounder winner

I guess I will know soon enough when I will get it. As of until today the best sounding daps that I heard are Calyx M and Acoustic research ar-m2
