Sorry for the late update - In my previous post, I said I was going to "carry on" yesterday, the 24th, but I got my hands tied with some things.

Here's what I'm thinking:
  • Location: Autumn Grove park building again since it's got a decently sized interior space and parking in comparison to the other park buildings
  • Time: 4 hours from ~ 1 PM to 5 PM on a Sunday
  • Suggested days: March 8th, March 22nd, March 29th, April 12th, or April 26th; February's pretty much booked out on the weekends.

Park building availabilities: http://www.cityofroseville.com/2952/29459/Building-Availability
Info on costs: http://www.cityofroseville.com/2804/Park-Buildings - 4 hours on a Sunday costs $165

Let me know if the first 2 points works for you (on location and time)! If so, let me know which of the listed days would work for you. I'll wait until next Saturday for everyone's responses!

I'll probably go, but it would be nice to have a master list of what's being demo'd.
I can bring AGD M7, Ear Dacute, Pentode headamp, 2a3 headamp. This is blunt, but I don't really feel like taking all my gear somewhere if there isn't anybody else bringing high-end stuff.
I like going to meets to listen to things that give me perspective on my own audio journey, not listening to the same $500 cans over and over again.

I'll make a Google spreadsheet by this Sunday and you guys can enter in the list of items that you guys plan on bringing like how I did last year. Seeing there's only been a few replies so far regarding the dates, I'll wait for a few more days for more replies. Don't wanna set up a date and then find out that only a few can make it.

FWIW, I can bring my Hifiman Susvara.

Actually, I just whipped up the spreadsheet really quick.

Here's the link for everyone: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/10FbQ_aZJNgN44ahCwbDtYJAKX7mlUMH-I0KHqL-u_oY/edit?usp=sharing

You can just leave your Head-Fi username if you plan on just demoing. This is effectively an "attendance" sheet so we have an idea of who's interested. It's not set in stone so don't worry if you can't make it.

I'll have a date solidified once I have more replies on the date. To repeat what I said in my previous post:

Added a column to the spreadsheet to put the dates that work for people. Is April 29th supposed to be the 26th?

Thank you, and yup the 29th is supposed to be the 26th. Oops! Edited.

Sorry for the late update.

I'm thinking of aiming for April 26th at 1 PM unless more people are unable to make it on that day.

Again, here's the link for the spreadsheet that sort of acts like an "attendance" sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/10FbQ_aZJNgN44ahCwbDtYJAKX7mlUMH-I0KHqL-u_oY/edit#gid=0

There you can also see what sort of gear others may bring. You can just leave your username there. This helps me have an idea of how many people are interested and give an estimated attendance to the manager there at the park building.

I hope to hear back from those who haven't seen the spreadsheet by this Sunday, the 16th!
