That's right! The one M&D advertised with a shaggy creature of some sort, I think
And I think they are not-bland, that's for sure, M&D makes beautiful headphones -- I actually just got a renewed MW60 wireless version with a similar camo pattern, in fact! It was $79.99 on Amazon and though it was renewed, it looks dang near new to me.
EDIT: That's right, I'm a dum-dum, remember this picture?
Funny thing is you have the ones on the left and have for a while now... and now I have the ones on the right, just got them a couple of weeks ago
It is not. It has dual entry for the 3.5mm headphone cable but they are not wired to be balanced. I believe someone in this thread has opened them up and rewired them.
So i just recieved mine yesterday and have been testing it and so far its a bit of a mixed bag. While using my phone, laptop and any other consumer grade stuff with 3.5 they sound very lush with varying levels of dynamics but in general its pleasant but when im using my primary dap (sony wm1a) they sound quite revealing, very resolving and honestly a tad too dry sounding, lush, they are not. I also noticed the quality dropped using the bundled mic cable compared to the other longer cable. I think ill have to invest on some cables to really say i like it. Probably a pure silver one should do the trick to preserve the resolution and avoid the bass from blooming.

I'd love to try them, unfortunately i cant find the pair I like, the brown colour, for anything less than Amazon's ludicrous £225, which is too much imo for an older wireless headphone. Im keeping an eye out

I bought my brown MW60 direct from M&D on their day after Christmas sale 2019, for $149.50 USD -- I'm not sure if you can order direct from them in the UK, though, unfortunately, and I can't recall if they did a similar sale in 2020.

Okay there is an ever so present issue with how tight the fit is on my ears while putting on the 40. Its as if the driver couldnt equalize the pressure fast enough (sorry forgot the correct term). Ive had the mw60 for a while now but it never happened there.
