I've been saying that sinewave clocks don't care about impedance for a long time.

Ok but what does each setting do exactly?

I'm assuming iso stands for isolation and gnd stands for ground, how is it achieving each of those functions.

Has anyone checked with beatechnik about this? I would ask but I didn't purchase mine from them.
Did this ever get answered? I currently have all outputs set to ISO. It’s not hard but it does take some time and effort to open/close the OCK-2.

Everyone was raving about the LMR-400 earlier in this thread but was that short lived? I have an HT connected to my R26 and the generic one that came with my OCK-2. Looking to replace the generic one with something better, either to connect to the DAC or my DDC (U18). Any recommendations for the second 50ohm cable?

The LMR-400 remains a good budget 50 ohm cable.

A cable that is far superior is the Harmonic Technology Digital Copper III.

I own one LMR-400. It gives a kind of high end feel to the sound, which initially I loved it. The more I listened to it, the more I realized the sound is skewed, the timbre of musical instruments is skewed, a bit higher toned. Of course, each system is different, YMMV. All I can say is HT and Cybershaft clock cables on my system does not have this problem.

I stopped using LMR-400, because it is too stiff.

Its quite annoying to constant open and close that thing thing.

I think its supposed to be set to gnd on the outputs that are not in use but I'm just guessing.

The lmr400 is good for the price but I think we all agree that its doesn't compare to the higher end cable offerings like the HT copper. I'm still using it on my system. I'm having a difficult time pulling the trigger on a cable that price.

Thanks for everyone's replies. I’ll probably pass on the LMR-400 due to the stiffness. My cables behind my devices need all the flexibility they can get! It’s a mess back there lol
