Crazily wicked the human brain is. I joined the drop from April and I was willing to wait till July. maybe even later as I didn’t have any travel plan. Now suddenly with their announcement I can’t wait!

lucky me. I am using a parcel forwarding service to ship to india. And they shipped mine via fedex. PS: Its 2995 now! XD

Funny thing -- I was reading this thread a few minutes ago and checked my Massdrop transactions on the website and it hadn't shipped yet... then happened to be looking at my email literally a minute later and I got the shipment notification -- don't know about what others are getting as far as carrier, but mine was shipped via FedEx.

i think massdrop is shipping via fedex on mainland us while they ship via dhl global mail for international buyers

Just got my shipping notice, via FedEx, my guess is FedEx Smartpost, which is fedex ships it to your local post office, then USPS delivers to you. 75% of everything I got from Massdrop has been that.

Oh crud - FedEx Smartpost and UPS mail innovations both suck so bad. I'd rather pay extra to avoid those crappy shipping services.

its not a guess, it is the accurate thing. They ARE shipping using Fedex SmartPost

Just got shipping notice. But yeah, standard DHL shipping is incredibly slow. I think it took three weeks or something like that for my Massdrop O2 amp to arrive. It DHL Global Snail Mail this time too.

I think that I might change the headband foam to HD 650 one. It looks like it could be a bit more comfortable. It also looks visual better.

I find the HD600 foam distributes the weight more evenly, though they’re not heavy headphones so it’s not a big deal either way. The only reason to change it is for the visual difference.
