Played around with some more pads today. Put the hd25 pads on then put some turtle beach px22 pads over those and was surprised that it very comfy and also sounded half decent. The px22 pads are a little loose fitting but bass response wasn't too bad the only issue is things sound a little distant due to the driver being quite far from my ear. Now to see if i can fix those 2 problems

Yep they fit quite easily over the mikros 90 earcups.

Anybody willing to give this cable a try?
The 5.6mm barrel diameter on the input side should fit the Mikros 90 (whose recess hole is 6.5 mm, I believe).

Looks like a well-constructed cable.  No information on the actual wire used though, at least not on Amazon.

PLUS Possibly another member here who also has the exact same materials , also, possibly, hopefully.
Here's how I basically described them now ( minus the embellishments ).
"Smoothed out clean sound, tight bass and peaks without shrill rash on your eardrums, and not too smooth or muffly + great space".
Been on my head for over an hour now and counting.
