Just got my M50's.
 
I must say, they look bigger online, but I guess I have a big head.  They sit comfortably on my head for sure, and sound pretty darn good, too.  I prefer the bass of these to the CX-300 IEM's.

Congrats on your new M50's. Yeah, from the pics I thought they'd be bigger... like the SRH840's which I bought first.
 
Give them some Break-in time (25-50 hrs) and give us your impressions !

I always wonder how big the srh840 are, they don't look big in picture but other always comment on them being big.  The M50 are good size headphone for full after I realize how big some others are like the ad700. Huge but light.

840 is a round bigger than m50. m50 is actually pretty small like monster beat studio. they even look similar when you wear it on your head.

I had a hard time finding the coiled version but proaudiomart.com has them for $109 with free shipping. They're an authorized dealer too (proaudiomart.com is the website for Big Time Audio).

Anyone have any experience with Gear Tree? They're selling the M50's for $99 on Amazon with free shipping. Thinking of picking up a pair.
