After several hours I get a slight pain from the pressure point at the top of the headband. Nothing with the ears though as other people have said.
 
Is there anything that people have done to lessen/spread the contact point on the headband?

4-5 hours easily, no pain or sweat at all.

I've never experienced any discomfort with them, althought the most I've worn them so far was probably 5-6 hours. I also live in a fairly cool climate and have only had them during the winter so I wouldn't know about sweaty ears.
