I did a mod for the T20RP where I attached the metal bar from inside the head band to attach to the copper-coloured adjusters and left the rubber headband flexible. At first it felt comfortable and lifted the stress off my head.

But my t20rp actually is now stressing my throat and causing it to ache and feel bad cos all the weight is supported by my neck bones. So head band are a little bit more complicated then I thought. Its actually really bad for your throat

The centre mass is really off and instead of clamping to my head it simply weighs down my neck even though it fits fine and feels comfortable for my head
