The tiniest should be the klipsch x10/x11i. They are so small you can't see the earphones when they're in your ear. However they suffer from build quality issues

I've recently had the bug for a new set. Having been a very long time ER4 fan from near the beginning until they took a tumble and discovered only after mister lawnmower found them. I replaced them with some Klipsch X5 and have been very pleased so decided to try something new.I went for some RHA t20 and ER4PT. The ER4 didn't bring much to the game so back they went. The X5s are great, so after much struggle I decided to give the X20i a chance. I seriously do not understand the lack of attention they are getting. They sound wonderful, price is not the best but the imaging, clarity and soundstage are amazing. I recommend giving them a try if you can find a place to try them out. You can lay down with flat so meet that criteria.
