I've been looking at the Pathos Aurium and Woo Audio wa7 as potential buys, but I can't decide which to buy. I would love some input from some experienced listeners.

I have listened to the Ether Flows on the Pathos Aurium a few months ago in a department store in Gangnam Korea back before I even knew what an Ether Flow was. I absolutely fell in love with the sound and stood there for hours listening. Hence I'm leaning towards buying the Aurium but I've very little experience with tube amps as that was the only time I've ever heard one.

Any tips/recommendations? 1500 is about my budget but if its worth it a few hundred more wouldn't hurt.

I haven't heard either, but I really loved what the Schiit Lyr 3 did with my Ether C Flows (with a new production tube and multibit DAC module in the Lyr 3). I tried it at the California Audio Show. It made me move to the music, a lot, more so than the Jotunheim (which sounded just a bit less engaging, but a hair more resolving), the Mjolnir 2 (which sounded alright) and the Ragnarok (which sounded thin, bright, and harsh to me). I did not like the Lyr 2 back when I tried it, but am tempted to get the Lyr 3 myself. I'd recommend using a separate DAC instead of a DAC module, though, you're just more flexible this way (more inputs, can use something like a Schiit Eitr and/or Schiit Loki, or RCA splitters, etc.).

Thanks, i'll look into the Lyr 3, seems promising. I do have a Chord Mojo for a DAC, not sure if it's worth upgrading my DAC at this point. not exactly swimming in money but I do have a bit.
