Last week, I bought a Nokia phone for my dad. Unfortunately the charger didn't work, so today I returned to the o2 store on Bond Street, London.

While there, I explained the problem and they went to find to a replacement. Meanwhile, a (cute) girl wearing Nokia clothing asked me if I'd bought a Nokia phone today, since I was still left holding the box.

She explained they were offering free prizes, either headphones or a 2GB memory card, to people who had a Nokia handset today. She made an exception in my case, I pulled a christmas cracker with her and I looked at the small card. Turns out the headphones in question are PX100.

That indeed made my day! I've wanted to try out the PX100...

I'm not sure how widespread the promotion is or how long it would be running for. They weren't affiliated with o2 so I can only assume they might also turn up in Orange, Vodafone, T-mobile or other stores.

Hopefully other people buying a Nokia handset might get lucky and bag themselves a free 2GB card or PX100 too...
