While I do not own a LCD 2.2, I do own a LCD 2.1 and it's fitting perfectly - huge open soundstage, wonderfully clear but with the smoothness of a tube amp 
The LCD is not the only headphone I put on (mainly because of its weight) but the LD Mk IVse is used nearly exclusively - I won't wanna miss it a second!
