Sorry Linsoul.. but i dont like your behavior to comunity..

i bought Kiwi Ears Orchestra IEM's on second hand.. and i love that sound.. but Unfortunately right side of IEM fall and cracked.

i can not contact seller cos my friend bought from Taiwanese Local seller..

You know.. Kiwi Ears are sold at linsoul store over internet.. i guess another seller at aliexpress.. but they dont answer to me yet..

..naturally i asked them for help.. i want replacement right side of IEM.. And I can pay for it, what is cost to me..

i do not want free charge waranty service or something..

They say; "Our warranty Not Applicable When: Products are not purchased from https://Linsoul.com"

i do not want warranty... they are not customer centric behavior but still ok...

i want Kiwi Ears contact info..

they say; "Sorry, we don't have their email addresses." :)

I'm laughing nervously..

you are lead seller of Kiwi Ears and you dont have contact info... c'mon.. i'm not a kid or idiot..

you are not helping people, you care only money.. money.. money..

i'd bought Seaaudio Bravery from Linsoul..

After this time, even if you sell it for free, I will not buy anything from you!

Thank you for the feedback.

Based on our knowledge, Kiwi Ears do not have any local dealers in Taiwan.

However, since your friend had purchased it from that seller, please kindly get your friend to contact them directly to check the after-sales services provided.

While we are an official dealer of Kiwi Ears products, we have checked this with the manufacturer. They are unable to repair earphones that have been broken into pieces because they do not manufacturer one earbud only.

You would have to purchase a new pair, unfortunately.
