  I just realized that I had not created an account.  Anyway I just created a new account and nothing shows up.  I updated my address but not sure what I am supposed to do now.

If this is the case guess you need to raise a ticket them.
 
But if you haven´t backed this DAD perk etc. then you won´t see anything on your order status page (since they only started this configuration-alignment-process with the DAD backers at first).

Thanks, I was a backer or the original wave on apr 2014 which supposedly we were upgraded to 128 I believe  and the last thing was a 22 dollar upgrade 2015 ESS DAC 9018AQ2M Upgrade. no clue whats going on.

First they start with the confirmations of the DAD backers, followed by (if I recall correctly), XD128, X128, 128, 64 backer.

"No clue" goes for all of us and also applies to, or especially to, LHL. I wasn't kidding. As long as you don't change your address, you won't fall behind lhlabs.com even though it may frequently feel that way.

Just checked the Wave IGG comments.
Unbelievable that so many backers complaining how/where to access the required side to check their config.
 
Can´t be that tough to create a proper update and describe the needed steps.

Just to let you guys know. I put in a ticket querying my addtional perks on premium WAVE other than the one liner in the managemnet system and asked bout the chrager/cradle and titanium finish.
Miracle: My ticket was replied to in a day and the listing in management system satisfactorily updated.
In case others want to have a go.

I have also a Signature Titanium finish but no cradle. Is it necessary to specify? And have them appear correctly say "DAD Signature Titanium" and etc..?

I went to the site, wanted to sign for the new site, but it didn't allow me (told me my email was already registered there). Maybe I did it already?

Yes it told me that too. But the pw I thought was the same for Geek Force Forum did not work so I put in for a frogotten pw and then after I had received an email at my email address amd entered a new pw it allowed me to login with my old email and the enw pw. Tediously  I now have 3 pws for LH Labs.. !. for original IGG, one for the forum and site tickets ad one for the enw management order system.
Then I put in a ticket in the forum ticket site about all the details of my Wave Perks and now they have updated the managemnet site with my order specifying al the details.
So its quite a bit of work but success in the end
