No offence Jarek, but that is just plain sad. I would think you would have the records given the customer systems LHL had in place...unless those are lost. Can you clarify this?

Multiple copies of records is always a good thing. Having multiple copies of records allows us to cross-check, compare, and make sure no discrepancies exist, and allows us to fix anything that (may) be wrong.

Well...thanks. But this does imply that there may be discrepancies, when there shouldn't be after nearly 5 years.

In any case, Markus should get a stipend then LOL

It also suggests to me that it is in EVERYONE'S best interest to fill it in.

@marflao I think it would be a good idea for everyone to give Markus their order number so i can go into my records I have access to and make sure all is correct, so we can trace funds and orders based on that sheet.

Also, everyone give Markus their PAYPAL email address they used on the orders as well. I know people quite frequently update and change emails, so I/he needs the one YOU USED ON THE ORDER(s). That way our office can go in and look and make sure the payment amounts match what we have.

We have no issue with that, in regards to the orders specifically on this sheet. Other records won't be shared except as necessary. But anything I know, I already tell you guys. So you already know exactly what my system shows. I've always been up front with you about my records. Anyway, Markus has my contact info and we're in contact quite frequently.

Thank you for offering this, but sadly, and nothing personal, this does not give confidence that LHL/LH has complete records (especially the tracing funds part). And if these records are not complete then configurations are likely not accurate either.

We've always been up front about that. I've told you guys multiple times about how screwed up the records were, how much effort I had to put into fixing them, the multiple system changes and the impact those had, the numbers I show, etc.

Sure, some of the records may still be wrong. This is why we've sent out various notices to all backers saying to check their records and make sure all is correct, and if not, to contact us so we can fix them.

The backers' records in their systems are exactly ours, so whatever they show, is what we show.

Perhaps, then, why don't you post the number of orders you have on record for each campaign? I don't know what your system shows in terms of totals. Then, beside, the totals, the number shipped. This could be updated as an audit trail. Just put it into google docs as markus as done.

The store system is down right now and the store system is now mainly used to manage orders. I don't know when it will be open again for the public, so any questions over the account or invoicing or anything can be asked through a ticket or PM or wherever. Most if not all Light Harmonic sales are done through alternate means which saves money for now on a storefront.

Whether anyone wants to give their PayPal email address to Markus is up to them. This is the backers' project, not ours. I'm just trying to assist where I can with it.

Just a little more of a push to get people to fill in this form....according to Gavin (who Larry has apparently reconciled with):

"Two of my campaigns are proudly stationed in the most successful campaigns of all time on Indiegogo. Not bad, but I'm just getting started."

Hmmmm....it is half a decade and I still don't see anything close to success....I guess success is in the eye of the beholder.
