because its from 2020, not crafting anymore, and if they buy it in mass (like 10 broken phones for price of 1), or even use unoriginal parts (much cheaper) and sell it for 300$, thats whats called bussiness I guess
Yes you may be right, but they are old stock and now they want to clear the stock, so they sell it at a very low price.
Even it runs " only android 13" you can easily still use it daily for at least 3 years without any problems. Great battery, sound, nice screen and great features including FM radio for who care.

but original, new V60 does not exist anymore.. original had android 10 installed, you can buy 10 "new ones" from ebay from different sellers (one of them is actually one person which has multiple account), none of them will have A10 and full packaging (including microfiber cloth)..

writing this from V60 bought 4 months ago, refurbished, but the main parts, screen, HW, speakers, camera are original, battery 85% health, at its price 250$ it laughts at today smartphones as in 2024 you either buy phone for 250$ with LOT of compromises, or you spend 800$+ to get it all..

Wish they are still making phones... they always risked and bring something new to table, but it had not the praise it deserved 😪

Is...is it real?
which part?

" to achieve the best sound , must use UAPP as player, and change driver flag to DIRECT" ?
yes, to me this is real, and this is the only way to enjoy LG V60. without doing this, LG V60's highs have some issues.

"working like NOS mode" ?
no, I don't think it is real NOS mode. but the sound difference between 'set to DIRECT mode' vs. 'not doing this', is like listening to Cayin RU6 (R2R dac), NOS mode vs. other filter modes: for Cayin RU6, NOS mode is most 'honest', real hi fidelity. other filter modes twisted the sound this way or another.

You keep repeating that information ad nauseam in this topic, but it's completely inaccurate. Enabling the DIRECT flag in UAPP has never bypassed the impulse response filters on any of my LG phones. I have the V30, V40 and now I just bought a new V60 which behaves exactly the same. In fact, not selecting any flag in UAPP will use the Direct flag by default. UAPP is smart enough to know which flags to use on LG Phones. The only way I was ever able to bypass the impulse response filters or EQ profiles completely was by selecting the MQA flag in UAPP.
Or when I rooted my V30 and did some dumb edits in mixer_paths.xml and ended up pretty much breaking the DAC's functionality.

@yfei When i turn on
- Direct : i still hear "click" and "sound changed" when i change filter.
- Direct PCM : as you say, it works on v40

Thank you, i dont need buy v30 for that damn filters.
Be aware that Direct PCM might actually be bypassing the Quad DAC and playing through the Qualcomm DAC. It's easy to notice the QuadDAC isn't working with "DirectPCM" flag enabled if you use > 50 Ohms headphones. The output level will very low, as low as the Qualcomm DAC. Then you'll also notice that toggling the QuadDAC on or off does absolutely nothing.

Ignore what yfei says. You should not be selecting any flag on LG phones in UAPP. Except for MQA if you need it. But that's not needed on the V60 because it lacks hardware MQA support. And UAPP can perform software MQA unfolding on the the V60 even without having the MQA flag enabled. It's required to be manually selected only on the V30, V40 and V50.
