Can't wait for comparisons to the previous iterations. Still not big on carrying an external DAP.
This has Snapdragon 845 so a more efficient chip, even if the screen is bigger battery can last the same like on V30 or maybe more. I am hoping for a 128 GB version soon and also i need a UK release as they are not available for purchase on eBay, just yet.The price of v30 was around 900 too with 64 gb. Probably next month will found on ebay for 550-600.
But i keep my v30
There is such a thing as a phone being too big even with popsocksets attached on the back.
True. Shame that we're losing choices as consumers. All phones seem to be getting larger.
If i can get a phone with 16:9 aspect ratio as the LG G Flex and 6.5 inch screen i don't mind as long battery is over 4000 mHa.True. Shame that we're losing choices as consumers. All phones seem to be getting larger.
I don't know his measuring methods, but he claims audio output on V40 has more power than V30. So maybe LG enabled amp control?

Steve Jobs on large phones...
<Steve took the opportunity to rip on bigger rivals, saying that making a phone so big "you can't get your hand around it" helps (with the Apple antenna issues) , but that "no one's going to buy that.">

Ok so v40 in hand and I think I might have a dud seriously , sound is pure crap compared to the v30 I had , something is definitely not right , volume is low and absolutely no bass actually like cuts out when bass is supposed to hit I don't know what to do I reset it no change , guess off to Verizon I go tomorrow
