Good old PNW where each city is 4 to 6 hours apart
You live there?
I live in Alaska lol so it’s literally sad for anything metal wise. There’s no scene like none around here. But can’t complain when you wake up to this. Perfectly suits my atmospheric death/black love.

Relatively quiet week for new releases as far as I can tell. Two that caught my ear beyond what's already been posted earlier:

Astral Tomb Soulgazer - Spacey death metal. Seems to be a theme in Denver, CO. A bit generic but enjoyable nonetheless.

Big sucker for Spacey death metal here, thanks to Pestilence-Spheres. Astral Tomb looks interesting. Can’t wait to check it out!

Really enjoying this with Xenon 6. Clearly recognizable as the frontman of RC. Yet different. The opening track is poppy. It gets better from track 2.

This record is an all time death doom favorite of mine. It hits all the rights spots. Production is crushing heavy.

Couple plays through this (and again right now ha). Really good stuff. Bolt Thrower drumming foundation meets Nightfell everything else. I love death/doom that skews more death with doom under tones. This one will get quite a few plays moving forward I reckon!

Yes, that's it. That's what I listen to the most these days. This album is really catchy.
