Keep listening and absorb everything. I can't stop listening to leprous they are simply amazing.

Hello all. I am in the mood for new metal but i am looking for bands with traditional european elements like stories to it. Folk metal is preferable. Something pagan would be best. Thanks.

I don't know, its tough. The Gate CD is really good. I didn't think it was that good at first, but it has really grown on me.

But....I agree, the Leprous CD is really good too.

So Iconoclast, Bilateral, Heritage, and Gate....nice year for prog!

i wish the textures did an album with all clean vocals, i think his growls personally suck IMHO. he should do what some bands do and have another band mate do the growls or just do a full album with cleans because i love his cleans vocals. 
 
I havn't seen any periphery on here, did they get too mainstream for you sub-genre hipsters or something? :D
