And new Spirit Possession is just, well, flat out insane.

A bit ot, but I saw you have some freakin good iems, which is your favourite to use with metal?
All around favorite is my newest pair - the FiR Radon 6. But honestly, I like all of my IEMs with metal. I tend to grab the Nio with slower stuff (doom/stoner/sludge). The 9iNE are great with all genres. The FiRs are my go-tos with faster stuff (black, death, prog, thrash).

Nice. I’ve not heard the VxV but do know people love it as an all arounder. What’s your IEM of choice for metal?

I love to use the sony m9 with metal, they don't struggle with anything, you have all the quickness of a full ba but with a warmish sound, guitars are thick, bass is at dd level, I really love what sony made. I do enjoy also the Technics - TZ700, a very capable single dd, so these two sets are my go to for metal :L3000:

:flag_us: So Hideous. To be released December 3rd. I posted this in a Jazz thread as well, this is crazy good. Forget your preconceptions and roll with it. I haven't had my mind blown like this since the Rolo Tomassi 'Time Will Die And Love Will Bury It' Album :-

NYP at the moment
