Maybe not black metal, but anyone into dark atmospheric/ambient metal should know them. Album is called "The Golden Section". They remind me a bit of In Slaughter Natives but less industrial/martial. Amazing stuff, check them out!

the band aint a much of satanists, their just a bunch of normal dudes, who probably thought the lyrics were cool like i do. dont take them too seriously, its just funny, its like a battle cry for the devils army

So I must assume then that you posted those lyrics to be offensive and most likely towards me since I seem to be the only Chrisitian on here. You claim you know all about my "religious" bents. Yet I posted nothing about religion but YOU did. YOU sir are the religionist. You are a religionist in the negative sense. So anyway this is the "Let's talk Metal" thread. Lyrics from metal bands would be considered talking metal and SupeRKnow-Not posted those lyrics so lets discuss. I have seen a few post about not liking Chrisitan metal. What constitiutes 'Chrisitan" metal? Would it not be only the lyrics since the music seems to me quite similar? Why would you oppose music simply because it's supposedly "Chrisitan" why the bias? Why the Chrisitan hating in general? Think about it...what has a "Christian" ever done to you personally that would make you this way? I would wager none of you even knows why you feel that way. But, on the other hand has not a non-Chrisitan also done something wrong to you too? Let it go...
 For the record, I really love metal and rock music and always have. I am also a Chrisitan. Does anyone here even know what being a "Chrisitan" means? How do you know?
We are all imperfect. We are all hypocritical at times and we all have a lot to learn. Is it against YOUR rules for a Chrisitan to like metal music? Thats not a very free thinking attitude. My point is there are many more important and productive things to be going on about than bashing the people of God.
 
How about this...is it possible to have a religion-free world? I mean really....if not, why? From what I've seen in countries where religion is banned or state controlled then the religion is one of  Godless man's power and control. Man is worshipped. Survival of the fittest. The current administration deals out justice however they wish. Everything is controlled by the state(god). These countries are the least free and most brutal ones, ie China and the former USSR. Europe is being invaded now is it not? It most certainly is not Chrisitans invading is it? Have fun.

I am a christian as well and to be honest with you, I couldn't care less about metal lyrics. Of course all those satanist anti-christian lyrics are ridiclious, but they are hilarious at the same time. People who identify with these lyrics and/or act based upon them are stupid as ****. And i´m hoping most metal fans aren´t. I would like to know why Europe is being `invaded´, I live in Europe and I haven´t got a clue what you are talking about.

2nd, COOL DOWN! Think for a second, was his post really worth to get worked up over? What the heck did he even say that warrants such an emotional backlash? Getting pissed off does not help anything, infact it can make things worse. Especially if this great thread gets closed down..
 
3rd There is a reason why Christian Metal bands tend to get bashed. Most of ones (that I've heard anyway) just suck. Not all though. For example early Mortification was quite interesting. Not the best deathmetal band out there, but from christian oriented bands definetly one of the better ones I've heard. Now, christian blackmetal. Boy, that is a can of worms. It is really confusing to hear music that is sonically supposed to be inwards turning and analyze your inner darkness, all this with christian lyrics. But lyrics to me are not the real problem either, the music again is just bad. I really have not heard a single good one. Hell, people bashing christian metal just because it is christian should also bash Black Sabbath for crying out loud!

Awesome welcome aboard Ynoskire! I agree with you 100%. I was referring to the the extreme muslim influx that is happening in Europe at the moment. I have nothing against muslims...just saying  I really would not want to live in a hardcore muslim society either.

Yes I have the original pressing of the 1st Mortification CD..also Living Sacrifice is a good Chrisitan band. But I listen to all kinds of metal and jazz and rock and classical not just the Christian variety. I got to meet my favorite meatlhead  John Gallagher the leader/vocalist/guitarist of Dying Fetus the other night. I saw them with Cannibal Corpse, Vital Remains and Devourment...great show!! You seen any good shows lately MaZa?

I go to a school with 3000 students and i´ve seen 3 people wear clothes indicating a muslim religion. It really isn´t as bad as people say it is. The only thing happening in Europe right now is a change in political opinion, we´ve had like 20 years of governement trying to make muslims more `western´ by means of giving them money. The governement has denied the problems concerning moroccan youth criminality for years. A lot of people got annoyed by this behaviour and voted for right wing, conservative anti-muslim political party´s that place an emphasis on fighting criminality. This is happening all over europe, it´s not so much an increase of muslims, a lot of people are just putting an emphasis on the islam religion right now.

Unfortunately no. It is a season at tyre-retreading business and been doing loooong days for few months now. Luckily its getting slower now, should be seeing gigs again.

I think only country that has some problems with muslims is France. Problem was that there are too many of them and they appeared so fast that they have not managed to fully integrated to French society and tend to live in "ghetto's" now with their own people. This is how I understood anyway. But this topic is dangerous. I think we have now broken both religious and political rules of this forum so... lets drop this.

also, maybe you should note fido, that i do also listen to some christian metal. not too much, but i posted a video for the Christian Armada not too many pages back, and while it got bashed on here for being over processed, i love it! a good cd, though the two songs they've released since are pure rubbish.
 
and no i didnt post that video with the lyrics for Black Valor purely to offend you, i wasnt even thinking about you when i posted it. it had been too long since all this came up last. and to be frank, i dont really care one way or another whether your religious or not, this is the metal thread, and those were awesome metal lyrics, not the Religiously-correct metal thread 

 
also i dont appreciate you insinuating personal attacks. Saying that you hope im the one who shows up at your door?? for what fido? for being the religious one you seem to be attacking alot more than i ever did in this thread, i merely posted a video, and have since just tried to defend its merit. all youve done is insult me and get pissy about its lyrical content.
