What can the problem be if the left speaker in your cans makes not-wanted noise at a little over avreage volume, I'm not playing at really high volume, and it should be able to play without making not-wanted noise. They're brand new so there is no hair on the membran.

What does it sound like?  There's a possibility that your amp might be clipping, and it is possible that your cell phone or another device is making RFI that your headphones are picking up.

Amp? I have no amp, straight into the comp onboard soundcard.  It's like the bass that make the not-wanted noise and only in the left speaker in my cans.

Gigawattz. Just do what anyone should do in troubleshooting the problem.
Test out every source you can plug them into.
Test out several songs. Do they all suffer from this problem?

If it turns out to be your beyers, send them to beyer. They are under warranty.

It could be a driver imbalance too. Very common and annoying problem.

Is there a way to fix driver imbalance? Or better get the warranty?

That would be a good idea, unless you have a spare driver laying around for your cans.
