Ok, I know this doesn't make me sound smart but is there a special way to switch the comfort zone from light to firm. I just got them and switched from firm to light and now it won't go back with just pushing it. Is there some way to do it (besides just pushing hard which might break them so I don't want to risk them)?
 
I literally just opened them from the box.... so far they are good but not as exciting as the sennheiser px 100, 200, hd238.

I have found that when you fold them up, they snap back to firm. At least mine do.
