Well I searched a bit and couldn't find the answer, but I am about to get rid of all my portable amps and getting a home amp.

Most of the home amps I saw only have 1/4" plugs and the 3 available 1/4" connector I have does not fit the KSC-75.

Is the only way to go is to re cable them or what?

1/4 to 1/8 adapters work well enough.

haha

O well I ordered a couple of these, going to throw the ksc75 on there since they use the same clipping method, and it comes with the 1/4" adapter.

I have a million of the damn things, and I don't have use for any one of them.

Best to recable. Most of the 1/8 to 1/4 adapters are cheaply made and become defective after a dozen inserts. I like to use 3 conductor 22AWG "rotor" cables as single sided headphone cables or RCA plug cables as split cables and terminate with a quality 1/4" plug. I can't believe I am recabling my dad's dollarama headphones since hes got like a dozen of them defective because of torn wire(s), I am amazed that they actually use a cable with "one" strand of wiring, no wonder they break by just looking at them ...LoL
