Kogan 8GB MP4 - The Player That Came From Nowhere:

I think I was up for close to $20 with the conversion rate and postage. I admire the product for its size and convienivce (it will sell like hot cakes) though for those of us who own onest11 pure silver interconnects, holds me back. I think if it was for portability you can't beat that offering from JDS.

I do wonder what happened to all the Kogan stock though, seems a little strange it's all  vanished overnight.

We will soon find out if fellow Head-fi members start appearing with numerous amounts of Kogan units. :p

No need to send them back...just send him email with pic with the cable wrap around the ruler...ordered 1.5 meter but sent 1 meter...replied...no worry...2 weeks later...so now got 4 cable...that is why me strongly recommend this store...

@H2O. Yup, onest11 silver is really good but form factor, don't think not many except diy can beat the JDS miniature cable. It's really tiny.

@Wokei, thanks for the thoughts. Let me get back to the seller and see how he's gonna handle this.

Not forgetting about the Kogan though. Please kindly update H2O. Thanks.

Lost my clip+ this week. I use it for my burn-in station, and it doubles as my quick trip to the store player.

I'd by this Kogan as a replacement in a heartbeat. Hopefully it restocks relatively quick.

My Kogan should be here in 8 hours. Like Christmas around my house!

Now, I have no idea on how to do it, but is there a way to list what cans are being used with the Kogan and keep it as a sticky? I recognize some from the member pics, but some are unknown to me.

Also back in stock on eBay but only 2 unit available.

I did contact Kogan earlier today on their general chat system. While they couldn't give any confirmation due date they said it should be pretty soon considering the items popularity.

H20Fidelity, they should find a way to ship it to other countries. I don't need a 0.3 mp camera :)

I keep throwing money at my screen, but it doesn't seem to be working. Surprising that their isn't anyone selling with international shipping.

Haha, throwing money at the screen. That's a good one. Helps putting a smile on my face while following this thread. Let's hope someone can come up with a solution.

I've always found the JH Roxannes too dark for my tastes, but surprisingly, it pairs really well with the Kogan

I think the analytical and transparent nature of the Kogan really helps smoothen out the sound of the Roxannes. Everything sounds really coherent and natural.

The Roxannes don't work too well for me when paired with the iPhone 6 Plus or the X1, the bass becomes too dominant.
