I was given a quote (by Oriver the original manufacturer of all these MP4 players under different names such as Kogan, Djix etc..) of $25 for the Oriver O5-1 player with additional $25 for DHL shipping (not including the customs duty from Indian govt and the customs clearance fee from DHL, expect an additional $30). BTW, no china registered airmail possible due to Lithium batteries on this player hence only DHL shipping is available from them. Not very cost effective, ATM!

i just got havi's from dhl and it sucks.
I paid 800 rs shipment fee for  rs 3600 iem.............never again.
 
The free india post is far better as small packages rarely attract customs.
But at this price of almost 100$,,its better to get fiio x1 which sells for 213$ in india btw

@sardar17 - Exactly my reason for avoiding them (Oriver sample piece) at that cost. As you rightly said, HPZ sells FiiO X1 for nearly 13000 Indian Rs (That's a clear rip-off of gullible customers). For this amount, we can buy 2 X1s in USA and still have some amount as a balance in our wallets.

My brother ordered from mp4 nation last month for 110,,,but india post has not delivered and neither they have updated status for a week now.
Last status was shipping to gurgaon from delhi

on 22nd.
 
On headphonezone and proaudiohome,,,both are ripping us all apart,shameless fellows really.

Thanks for confirming that a Denver version does exist, I also thought I read that somewhere. I'll see if I can check it out in a local store.

Denver MPG-4054 is not same as Kogan. I have checked with Denver. The display on Denver is smaller.
