Nice nice EQ good! Though let me help you discover more sound signature.
Currently, this is what your EQ looks like.
If this is done by ear, quite nice, I'm quite amazed that you've reduced the peaks. Your EQ definitely sounds better, no doubt.
Though as an experiment, let us follow one researched target and some modified DF tilts.
Harman 2016
The most pleasing Harman Revision that I've tried, it doesn't have the energy that Harman 2019 and it also has a more distinct bass shelf. Really liked this one, its perfect balance of bass, mids and treble for my ears, it will be quite a thing to know if it will be the same for you.
Base-line IE Neutral Target
This is a target done by Charure, its a mix of Harman 2019 bass shelf and 0.8dB DF Tilt. Why is it done like that? To simulate speakers in a room with subwoofers, there is more explaination about the said target though I wont explain it here. The said target should fix the intensity of the presence region on the Harman Target, all IEM I eq to this sounds very nice, clean and adds nice depth to the music, though I highly recommend to try them on a smooth IEM like Quarks DSP, Tanya DSP or CCA Duo.
Max Res Target (Totl Tuning)
This is a meme target that aims to simulate highly "resolving" IEMs (e.g Anole VX)
Aster Calm
Target made by yours truly, a less energetic version of the Base IE Neutral, revised bass shaping to a glide rather than tuck, tilted the DF target to 1dB/oct after 2kHz. I mostly use this EQ to relax and chill with the music..it is not that exciting of an EQ, though it will give this clean midrange that will just let you enjoy the vocals.
Please see the attached files below for the PEQ.
And feel free to experiment other targets in my site.

Upload the ZSN Pro X OK L file below, select target, AutoEQ and export.
Hope I somehow help you with your EQing journey, its really nice to see other people learning EQ, I also started at that stage, and its the cheapest way to try different sound signatures its also feels nice when you found an EQ that just clicks with you.
Do peaks change for different ears?
> Yes, though variance mostly occurs in the mid to upper treble.
This is why we use diffuse field as a base when creating targets as it is close to the average human ear, we just tilting it to whatever the preferred is by a specific person, 0.8db tilt is the sweetspot for most people.
