It's a Klipsch Custom 3.  No "4" version ever existed.  The number "3" version is a dual driver earphone.  As well, that price he's selling it for is ridiculous.  They had been selling left and right for $99, used for less.  The current eBay pricing is dumb, plain and simple.  Sure they're good, quite good, but they've been discontinued for about 2 years now.  They sound great, but the cord is junk and really devalues the set, also why Klipsch couldn't sell many and discontinued them.  They are useful for a cheap good SQ option but mostly as a donor device to convert to cheap customs down the road.  The Custom 3 is better than the X10, but Klipsch dropped the ball by putting a very stupid cord on the thing.  People also largely ignored them because the 1 and 2 versions were known to be pretty crappy in sound.  Eventually Klipsch just discontinued the thing even though it was the best sounding IEM they made.

Klipsch isn't even willing to come out with the Custom 3 again, and all they'd have to do with that is just toss on a different cable.  If they're that reluctant to resell a product they were already making and have everything set up for, why would they even remotely think about making a 3 or 4 driver earphone at all?  Klipsch seems like they're after profit by staying cheap, glossing up the looks, and selling the product for a good margin.  They want their products to sound good too, but really, they are not trying to push the envelop at all.

or if they had given them removable cables, im sure it would be a big hit here and in sales

it was so sad they wade an awesome product and utterly ruined it sticking on the worst cable known to man
