Back in the days, X-man was the popular show. Korean variety was great when they were unscripted and were low budgets. Lots of real creativity happened then. I don't like the more scripted stuff these days. Yu Jae Suk was great when he was young and much more active, moving around a lot. That episode was a bit weird, poorly edited. They cut out alot of scenes and skipped things. The breakaway platform thing from squid game was entertaining though.
What's so great about Jessi's stuff is that she's real spontaneous and it's all unplanned.
It feels like Korean Variety didn't evolve with newer talents. It's still the same people, but old now.
