I wonder if these might make it to the North American market.
 
The HA-FXT90 are available in Canada, but AFAIK the more recent HA-FXD80 and the rest of that series never arrived. Neither were ever available in the US either.
 
Either way, I'm holding off for more impressions but if these do pan out to be a significant upgrade, I guess I wouldn't mind ordering from abroad... someone mentioned Amazon Japan has the FXZ for $170 but I see it's closer to $200 right now. When will prices settle down?

It will start to stabilize when they become available through more resellers on eBay and other etailers.

Well I cancelled my FXZ100 order because the Amazon Japan store advertised they were in stock then sent me an email basically saying they were in stock yet but soon. I don't think they could claim my money until shipped (and I checked my bank and the money was never taken). So I think I'm in holding pattern too until prices go down a bit on ebay and I know it's definitely in stock. 
 
Also, I went ahead and invested into the newly released TDK (dual dynamic driver) IE800. Yes, TDK has an IE800 earphone too (dual titanium dynamic micro drivers). So I'm looking forward to hearing these. The limited reviews I can find have all been glowing.

I am new and do not have much experience so is very difficult for me to give accurate comment :) follow me @boleh7 on instagram or twitter I will post a photo just to prof I have it now ( still not yet unbox :) )
