Thanks. Hmm, seems I have to guess my size in advance (no kit of all 3 sizes). Is there anyone here who can compare these size-wise with the Comply tips? I normally wear "slim" Complys.

I'm not familiar with the comply tips...but I used the yellow foamies as a referencd when talking to the sales rep. He said that the yellow foamies are sized somewhere between the small and medium black foamies.

These blow away the yellow foamies for fit. They are as good as the Comply's for fit, but washable/reusable! I love mine with the E500.

I hope the quality control is a lot better than the QC for the yellow foamies.

I can't believe how when you buy a package of the yellow foamies the length can vary by over 1/8". That's insane! It totally makes a difference with the sound and having to back it off manually or whatever to compensate in B.S.

The new foams also fit the older E-Series, so the tube´s diameter is about 3.2mm (so they don´t seem to fit the d-Jays).

Cool... The d-jays sound tube is 4.15mm. The jays tips are about 3.25mm across, and are intended to be stretched to fit the 4.15 opening.

So if these shure tips are 3.2 opening, I think they'll work, with a little stretching. I'll give them a try

I got these and they are far better than the yellow foamies. But as I have UM56 tips I'll keep them for emergencies.
