Usually I stick with CCA and KZ for good QC.

Its not about QC, the products looks from the outside "perfect", QC can't filter it, they just quickly check the outside, listen if its sounding thats it.
If it were not the finding from DIY poster re23071998 and my comparisment exposure, the 'unhappy' saboteur worker thought she/he couldn't be caught.
I wait for the receiving of my full orders, check them all and then expose the saboteur(s) to the company's boss to them fired literally lol, thats will teach them.

So the only way to find out if we got the real ones is to open them up and see if the drivers are the same? Or there can be cases where both drivers are fake?

NO, if it doesn't sound like a 'high end' fullsized full-range freq. headphones, just like generic earphones/iem/headphones then yeah you got the fake ones!
If you have a good hearing and had audio reference quality headphones/audio sources/know what lifelike audio is like, you won't missed it, it will hit you in the face/ears whether is real or fake one, just like I heard the differences of the fake one in seconds. Thats why I open it to prove its fake!

Of the 10 sets you bought, how many did you find to be fake?

7 sets will come in few weeks time, I have the 1st 1x EP05 real, 1st 1x JC10 real and 2nd 1x JC fake.
If I had the fakes first, then this thread won't exits!

If doesn't matter where from, it's mixed in any batch to any seller ali or else, read through the reviews, not enthusiastics ones got the fakes.

Bad for Moticc as they are known as reputable seller. Though maybe they don't even know that there's fake one..

Mine will be with me in few days, but the JC10 comes first and the EP05 few days after I guess.
Some sellers ship only 3 days after you have paid.

No sound from left driver and right driver back cover have bigger hole (supposedly they have smaller hole)
My unit still going through warranty process
