Thank u for ur reply! :)
Im really new to audio so I don't really truly understand what natural and lush sounds like haha. But it's okay!

I might just try and buy them on amazon prime. If I don't like it, I'll just return them. It's very easy to return stuff from amazon hha.

Amazon surely is easy with their customers :)

when i demo-ed the IT01S, i felt that they were a mini 1650CU haha

Woah, I actually have HS1650 CU as well, but it is a bit different to my ears, more analytical than IT01S, but I guess calling IT01S like a mini version of that ain't quite that wrong :)

they're definitely very different and absolutely on point about them being more analytical; i guess more resolving as well?

1650CU imo is like the final form of IT01S after steroids and god knows what LMAO

I'm enjoying the IT01s but also experiencing brutal driver flex in the left side. Just moving my jaw causes heavy crinkling and a muted/heavy veil effect on the sound. :frowning2:
Have you contacted the seller so you can exchange your IT01s? Please do this if you haven't.

Definitely not normal, never had even one instance of driver flex with the IT01S... quite remarkable for a DD actually

My thoughts exactly, IT01S shouldn't have driver flex, mine really doesn't, and I can notice some driver flex with Atlas, IE800, or Oriveti New Primacy, so I'm used to the moment a IEM has that, but IT01S doesn't have that much of an issue with it :)

The right side has it too but only when inserting the IEM, which happens with a lot of dynamic drivers - my EE Bravado is the same.

Same with my left side. Driver flex, but only when inserting it in quickly. But after that whether my jaw moves or not, no crinkling. The right side has no driver flex so far, even when inserting quickly. Must be a bad batch man. Coming from the Pioneer CH9T which has had zero driver flex before I sold it, it can get rather annoying.

I have the it01 and are tempted to order the it01s as well, buyt before i do so I can someone answer the next question of the provided cable with the iTS01? Are the red and blue rings near the mmcx removable? and with them removed does the cable fit the etymotic ER3/ER4?
